Matthias Bross is COO of the pelzGROUP

​pelzGROUP is enhancing its management team under the leadership of CEO Dr. Nikolas Bastian by introducing the newly established position of Chief Operating Officer.​

The 53-year-old food technologist Matthias Bross has over 25 years of international management experience in the food industry, most recently as COO of the Frostkrone Food Group. Prior to this, he spent over two decades developing the efficiency of numerous European production sites for the Nestlé Group.

The pelzGROUP, which has grown strongly in recent years and will continue to expand this development together with Matthias Bross, relies on this experience.
