Company suggestion system

We are happy to receive your suggestions for improvement, which we try to implement within the short term. Your idea will be rewarded with an individual bonus by our cross-departmental Continual Improvement Process (CIP) team.

The basics of our collective wage agreement

You benefit from our long history of collective wage agreements through a 37-hour work week with an hours account and documented clocking system so that nothing gets lost. With 30 days of vacation per year, you can really rest and recover. This can be arranged with your team and your superior.

We offer a modern work environment and have set up 150 home office workstations in the administrative and operational departments which are used regularly.

Additional financial benefits

We support those who provide for their own future. We participate in your company pension or contributions for capital formation. The contractual Christmas bonus reaches the maximum after 4 years, providing you with a full 13th month of wages. Vacation pay also increases based on years of employment. There is anniversary pay for the 10th, 25th and 40th anniversaries. You’ll be astonished how often we celebrate them!

Our company health service provides medical check-ups and performs vaccinations, supports reintegration and is the point of contact in case of medical problems. We also offer yoga courses, a cooperation with a gym, as well as informative and active health days.
